Breaststroke Clinic 

Do you want to fine tune your breaststroke before swim team starts? Maybe you know how to do the arms or the kick and need help putting the stroke together? Maybe you need help with the timing? We will work on the foundation of the stroke: arms, legs, timing, glide and putting everything together from beginning to end and helping your swimmers be more confident in swimming breaststroke and hopefully working on swimming it legally J
