Kelly has enjoyed the benefits of physical exercise her whole life. She danced both ballet and jazz from the age of four and took up running in her early 20s, which led her to run half-marathon and 10k races here throughout the Pacific Northwest. She became certified as a group fitness instructor for the second time in 2008 and began teaching strength, cardio and core strength classes at Ridge Fitness. In 2010 she became a licensed Zumba instructor and now teaches Zumba at CVES, SMS and Ridge Fitness.

Ballet Barre Blend | Ballet Barre Blend is a class for all ages and fitness levels. Instructor Kelly mixes her 15 years of classical ballet training and fitness instruction for a fun class that lifts, tones and tightens while burning calories. Ballet Barre Blend is a no impact class and uses ballet moves, light weights, bands and balls. This fun hour long class is set to a dynamic playlist that will keep you motivated and moving. Please bring your yoga mat and light weights.
