The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge's fitness amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness room equipped with Matrix Fitness strength training equipment and a variety of fitness classes including yoga, Zumba and barre. Personal training is also available to achieve your optimal results.

Kathy Tassielli

Kathy is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also holds certifications as a TRX Trainer, Indoor Cycle Instructor and PiYo Instructor. As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Kathy inspires and educates clients to make permanent and positive lifestyle changes. She assesses the whole person, taking into account body strengths and imbalances, nutrition and lifestyle to customize a fitness program for each individual. Her passion, knowledge, and commitment are key assets for producing results and creating a positive and rewarding experience for everyone she works with. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve functional ability, improve sports performance or improve overall health, Kathy's expertise and passion for health and fitness will help you achieve your fitness and performance goals.

Zumba with Kelly Saunders

Kelly Saunders

Kelly has enjoyed the benefits of physical exercise her whole life. She danced both ballet and jazz from the age of four and took up running in her early 20s, which led her to run half-marathon and 10k races here throughout the Pacific Northwest. She became certified as a group fitness instructor for the second time in 2008 and began teaching strength, cardio and core strength classes at Ridge Fitness. In 2010 she became a licensed Zumba instructor and now teaches Zumba at CVES, SMS and Ridge Fitness.

It’s time to ditch the workout and join the PARTY!! Join licensed Zumba instructor, Kelly Saunders, for a high energy, fun-filled class. You will salsa, meringue and shake away the calories! Zumba exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training for fitness and losing weight. Zumba music comes from the following dance styles: Cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, hip hop music, axé music and tango.

Join us Mondays 8:15am - 9:15pm, and Wednesdays 7:45am - 8:45am.
