The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge's fitness amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness room equipped with Matrix Fitness strength training equipment and a variety of fitness classes including yoga, Zumba and barre. Personal training is also available to achieve your optimal results.

Fitness with Kelly Saunders

Kelly Saunders

Kelly is a native of the PNW. She has lived in the Snoqualmie Valley for the last 23 years with her husband, two children and labradoodle. In her spare time you’ll find her running, hiking, skiing or boating. Her fitness career spans over 25 years and includes certifications in Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Body Pump, Group Power and TRX. Kelly used her extensive ballet training to create her own Barre program-Ballet Barre Blend. She is also an ACE certified group fitness instructor and a certified sports and athlete nutritionist. She enjoys helping people meet their goals both in fitness and nutrition. Her high energy and enthusiasm carry over into all her fitness classes and trainings.

Cardio Dance (Zumba) | Cardio Dance is a fun, low to no impact class perfect for all fitness levels. Easy, fun moves set to Latin and American dance songs. No dance experience required! You’ll have so much fun working up a sweat this hour will fly by!

Ballet Barre Blend |  Ballet Barre Blend is a class for all ages and fitness levels. Instructor Kelly mixes her 15 years of classical ballet training and fitness instruction for a fun class that lifts, tones and tightens while burning calories. Ballet Barre Blend is a no impact class and uses ballet moves, light weights, bands and balls. This fun hour long class is set to a dynamic playlist that will keep you motivated and moving. Please bring your yoga mat and light weights.
