Diving Clinics 2023

Dive Clinics will look a little different this year! Families will have two options to participate in our diving program. The first option, is to have your swimmer take a lesson with our instructors. The second option, there will be a block open during the same time, and your parents can work with your swimmer. We want to provide the flexibility for families that are interested in both options. Registration will be required for either option. Drop-ins will not be allowed.

• Option 1 | Max participants of 6 per instructor 
  
• Option 2 | Max capacity of 8 per block with parents 

                   -   2 swimmers maximum per parent

                   -   Parent must be 18 years of age or older

We are starting dive clinics prior to swim team this year, to give ample time for swimmers to both learn and brush up on their diving. Swimmers who partake in the lesson with an instructor, will learn the basics of diving, and learn how to both comfortably and confidently dive in the pool with the right technique and form.

Our diving blocks are not open during our regular open swim hours, so this would be a great time to come and learn and take advantage of either opportunity to get better at diving!

Saturday March 11th: 1:00-2:00pm

Saturday April 1st: 1:00-2:00pm

Saturday April 15th: 1:00-2:00pm

Saturday April 29th: 1:00-2:00pm
