Fall into Fitness this Fall!

Build overall strength, increase your metabolism and burn fat with this full-body circuit training workout.

Be prepared to have tons of fun with a class that includes circuit training, 
bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, functional strength and core training 
with short rest intervals for a metabolic boosting workout.

The workouts move quickly, the exercises are constantly changing, and it forces you to use your whole body as a unit, intending to help you do more in less time.

We will finish with cool-down stretches and/or foam rolling for a complete workout experience.
