Flip Turn & Diving Clinic

Swim Team Meets start up next week, and this would be a great opportunity to come brush up on your flip turns and diving! Come get help on your flip turns so you feel confident in your stroke count on backstroke for your turns, and help feel confident in your flip turns. Make sure you don’t get disqualified in your open turns on breaststroke and butterfly! This could also be a great refresher course J  

Spend the second half of the clinic working on diving. Do you belly flop or jump feet first in the pool when trying to dive? Then this diving clinic would be perfect for you! Come learn the basics of diving, and learn how to both comfortably and confidently dive in the pool with the right technique and form. Our diving blocks are not open during our regular open swim hours, so this would be a great time to come and learn, improve your technique and get better at your diving!
