Get an EDGE on your performance by taking your golf fitness to the next level. This one hour workshop is designed to give you several golf specific stretches and strengthening exercises that will help you hit the ball longer, be more consistent and help prevent injury. You will come away with better understanding of how to improve your mobility, stability and explosiveness required for great golf.
