Level 1 Introduction to Water Skills (Ages 3+)
Formally known as Starfish
Class Description: Swimmers will learn safety and how to be comfortable in the water, with skills such as putting face in the water, blowing bubbles, floating independently on front and back, gliding, and an introduction to crawl and backstroke. By the end of the session, swimmers will work towards swimming 5 feet independently of crawl stroke and backstroke, and floating on their front and back independently.
