Come get your workout in early followed by some much needed socializing with your fitness friends.
Enjoy pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and of course mimosas for all!
Connecting the body and mind while toning, strengthening, enhancing your flexibility and mobility, Pilates mat will aid you in increasing the efficiency in your movements, and increasing your core strength.
You will learn proper form, how to properly engage your core, joint stability and proper breathing. What you learn in class is easily transferred to home workouts, with minimal equipment required and using your own body as the mechanism to obtain your goals.
New to Pilates mat? Don’t worry this class is suitable for both beginners and experts. Pilates Mat is easily modified for all skill levels and is a great foundation for learning Pilates reformers/equipment. Pilates mat will help you build a base for your healthy habit journey.
