This small group conditioning class will have 3 stations and function like circuit training.
The group will start with simple stretches and progress to small weights, bands and balls. We will also use the machines in the gym for cardio and strength training.
This class is designed for all levels. Conducted as a group class but will be tailored to your own targeted personal goals.
