Small Group Training 3 2 for Sunday, June 20, 2021

Join roxanne for muscle specific small group training. when you arrive you tell her what you would like to work on she will give you some exercises to compliment your fitness goals! 

***Class will have 3 stations..

Arms, Core and Legs...

Start with simple stretches..progress to small weights, bands and balls.. We also use the machines in the gym for cardio and strength training.

This class is designed for all levels. Conducted as a group class but will be tailored to your own targeted personal goals***
