Spring Training for Tuesday, April 11, 2023

April 11th – May 30th

:00 pm – 6:45 pm
 8-weeks (Best Value: $240) / ($35 drop-in)

      Get fit and ready for the summer!
 Build overall strength, balance, flexibility, agility and mobility for:
        Injury prevention | Muscle coordination | Increase range of motion
Improve posture | Greater fitness | Sport performance

Post-rehab – Fitness Conditioning – Running – Hiking – Biking – SUP
Sport Conditioning – Foundational Base Fitness

Be prepared to have tons of fun with a class that includes circuit training,
bodyweight exercises, single leg stability, functional strength and core training
with short rest intervals for a metabolic boosting workout.
Each class presents exercises that are constantly changing, forcing you to use your whole body as a unit while reducing your risk of injury. 
We will finish with cool-down stretches for a complete workout experience.
