Starting Monday, September 18th, meet Roxanne at the gym for Strength Basics 101. This class is intended for beginners and will help you build the confidence you need to walk into the gym. Learn proper form and how to execute each exercise correctly, the appropriate amount of weight, repetition and set variations, rest times, and breathing techniques.

Please Register weekly.
