We begin with a slow flow to move your energy and gently stretch your muscles, then we shift to stillness with passive postures that strengthen connective tissue and improve flexibility in the joints. Ending class with myofascial release techniques to relieve aches and pains, reduce stress, and improve posture, followed by a guided meditation.
